The scientific program will be arranged thematically into ten scientific sessions presented in a single track. Proffered papers will be allocated 15-20 minutes. There will be two poster sessions for proffered work, held Monday and Tuesday afternoon. An exhibit hall will house numerous technical exhibitors.
As with previous years, breakfast, lunch and breaks will be provided inclusive with the registration fees. Also included in the registration fee are the opening night reception which will be held at the Penn Museum of Archeology and Anthropology from 6:30 to 8pm on Sunday July 8th, and the gala reception which will be held at the Mütter Museum from 7 to 11pm on Tuesday July 10th.
The opening night reception on Sunday at the Penn Museum is only a few blocks from the conference hotels. Because the Mütter Museum is not within walking distance of Penn campus, the conference will provide transportation by bus beginning at 6:45pm on Tuesday. Attendees can return to the conference hotels from the Mütter Museum starting at 9:30pm.
Breakfasts will be held in Houston Hall for all attendees.
